Bilicka

Award-winning Polish pianist Elżbieta Bilicka is recognized for performances that combine intellectual depth with expressive clarity. A prizewinner of international competitions in Europe, Asia, and the United States, she has appeared as a recitalist, concerto soloist, and chamber musician across Poland, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, and the U.S., with broadcasts on BBC Radio, Polish Television, and American classical radio. Her debut album, Lights and Shadows (Centaur Records), received critical acclaim and was praised for the poetic imagination and artistic individuality of her interpretations.

Alongside her performing career, Elżbieta is the Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Classical Piano Salon, a New York concert series presenting internationally acclaimed artists, outstanding young musicians, and educational initiatives for the next generation of performers. Current Doctor of Musical Arts candidate at the CUNY Graduate Center, she pursues research on neuroaesthetics, theories of musical meaning, and ecological approach to performance and listening.
